Gcrhardson, Public Works Director <br />January 21, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Municipal Slate Aid Process <br />% <br />Recently the City Council received a report from staff and the City Engineer regarding the <br />Municipal State Aid (MSA) Road program for the City of Orono. <br />So that we may proceed with planning projects, it is necessary to meet in a work session with <br />Council to di^uss the MSA street inventory, the financial condition of the program, the <br />appropriate design for MSA roadways in Orono, and the City’s ongoing program of major <br />roadway maintenance airi reconstruction. <br />The weeks of February 7th md 14th are available, and are not in conflict with other meetings <br />already scheduled.
