the conditions hereinafter set forth, is consistent with the spirit and intent of the <br />LMCD Code of Ordinances. <br />ON THE BASIS OF THE FOREGOING, IT IS ORDERED: <br />1. That the variance requested is hereby granted subject to the following <br />conditions and limitations: <br />a. The dock use area shall be adjusted to be in conformance with the <br />site plan dated October 4, 1993 attached hereto as Attach oent <br />One and hereby made a part of this order. <br />b. The dock use area for the subject property shall be that area <br />which is shown with dashed lines on Attachment One. <br />c The dock use area for the subject property shall not extend <br />beyond the extended lot Une between the subject property and <br />the adjacent property to the north. <br />d. The dock constructed shall not extend more than 70 feet from the <br />shore line at 929.4 NGVD. <br />2. This order does not supersede the order of . .^JY. ^2 ^ <br />which Pi. .vMes for variances during years in which \he LMCD l^rd of <br />directors has declared the existence of low water condiUons m <br />accordance of LMCD code section 2.01, subd. 2(d). <br />The variances authorized herein shall grant no vested rights to the use of <br />Lake Minnetonka.
