I purchasal this teme in June 1992 for $250,000 <br />It was valued at $274,000 for taxes pavsdile in 1993 I paid taxes on that valuation in <br />1993 <br />I came before the Oromi City Council in the spring of 1993 to ask for relief based on the <br />$250,000 purchase pnee The relief w as granted and I am paying taxes in 1994 on a <br />valuation of $250,000 <br />I have been working to rep^r the house, mostly painting, brush cutting, and cleaning <br />1 have not made any significant improvements to the house <br />On April 10,1 received a new valuation notice of $269,000. That’s a 7 5% increase in one <br />year 1 believe its incorrect based on purchase price and low escalation of property values <br />in general This is especially true of this property which has experienced further structure <br />deterioration <br />Please review the new ly assessed value with the above facts in mind 1 would appreciate if you <br />would keep the valuation at $250,000 for at least another year <br />Thank you for your consideration <br />Sincerely,
