April 28/ 1994 <br />LOCAL BOARD OF REVIEW <br />Re: Property evaluation at <br />2685 Rainey Road <br />Wayzata/ Minnesota <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CCNCERN: <br />Since the purchase of our property for $225/000.00 in <br />October/ 1991/ we have had three appraisals done for <br />mortgage loans. The last appraisal was for $232/000.00 in <br />March/ 1993 and the other two were under this amount. <br />We have been notified that our septic system is non- <br />conforming and will have to be replaced by December/ 199^ <br />The cost for a new system will be from $8/000.00 to $10/000.00. <br />With the appraisals and the required new septic <br />system/ I cannot justify increasing the valuation on my <br />property by $12/500.00. <br />Please review and advise. <br />Sincerely/ <br />R.
