The existing accessory structures and principal <br />structure meet the required setbacks of the zoning district. <br />The Hennepin County Department of Transportation has reviewed Lot <br />2 for future access purposes and recommends that access be <br />limited to the west lot lino and that the existing access to Lot <br />1 be closed off. Primary access would be from Dakota Avenue for <br />Lot 1, there will be a need to reassign a new address to Dakota <br />Avenue from the present Sixth Avenue North designation. The City <br />of Orono must deny the County's request for a total right-of-way <br />width of 100 feet for County Road Six and will maintain the <br />maximum 80 feet of width to be consistant with previous <br />subdivision reviews along County Road Six.
