It was also the directive of the Planning Commission to determine what portions of the work would have to be removed. Staff has met with both the applicant and their contractor and has reviewed the submittals of the applicant's contractor Clifford Reep, review Exhibit B, Z, D, E, F and G. Staff had originally asked Mr. Reep for examples of similar work done on other lakeshore properties. The Haverstock and Sill properties were done at the time the Waye property was improved in the summer of 1987. Staff has only submitted the permits, but we have on file for your review at the meeting, the improvement plans and pictures of the sites both before and after. In addition staff has visited the site at least twice within the last month to observe if vegetation had started to return to the !_ to 1 limestone slopes. Minimal restoration of vegetation had been observed, the drought no doubt had a major affect on this. Staff has not been out to observe the other two properties submitted for consideration with the application.
