Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />RE:Certificate of Survey for Levering-Haislet Assoc. <br />CSAH 6, Southeast quadrant of Dakota Ave. <br />Section 26, Township 118, Range 23 <br />Hennepin County No. 1626 <br />Review and Recommendations <br />Ke reviewed the above certificate of survey and make the following coawents: <br />- The developer should dedicate any additional right of way to make the right of <br />way 50 feet from the center of CSAH 6. <br />- As discussed in the field with Dave Zetterstrom of the Hennepin County <br />Maintenance Division, the developer must make these access changes. <br />The access for Lot 2 must be constructed at the west line of Lot 2. <br />The access from Lot 1 to CSAH 6 must be closed with access to Lot 1 being <br />via the existing driveway to Dakota Ave. <br />- Any new access to a county road or a revision to an existing access requires an <br />approved Hennepin County entrance permit before beginning any construction. <br />Contact our Maintenance Division for entrance permit forms. <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail development, and <br />landscaping.
