At that tiaw he stated <br />that he would be drafting some sort of agressMit coneeming future <br />use of the garage building, and would get back to me with your <br />decision. That was over a month ago and I have haard nething since. <br />The City's position remains that you were provided with one sewer <br />stub and assesssd for 1 residential unit of sewer service intended <br />for your main residence only. The sewer service litstalled through <br />your garage in April, and as it remains today. Is in violation of <br />several state plumbing code and local ordinance requirements. It Is <br />your responsibility, and that of your plumber, to correct these <br />violaticns. <br />Several alternatives have been given to youi <br />1. Aeaove plumbing fixtures existing in the garsge and reroute <br />the main house sewar line around the eutalde of the garage. <br />3. Retain plumbing fixtures in the garage by applying for and <br />obtaining a guest house permit as required by Orono*s aonlng <br />code, and by thereafter paying the additional sewer assessmanta <br />due for the second residential unit.
