The <br />ditch must be restored to Hennepin County standards. <br />- Any revision to the existing east and west driveways will require an <br />approved Hennepin County entrance permit before beginning any construction. <br />Requirements of this permit wiT, include intersecting the west driveway <br />with CSAH 6 at a right angle and widening the east driveway to accomodate <br />more traffic and to decrease the offset with Brown Road. <br />'V. V ; :. v ‘i'-'. <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail development, and <br />landscaping.
