The proposed <br />addition would meet all setback requirements and would <br />not exceed the heights of the existing structure. <br />Ikmlap moved, Guthrie seconded, to recomend approval <br />of this lot area variance on the basis that no other <br />land is available and proposed addition meets all set­ <br />back requirements.
