The owner is requesting approval of a 1,3*0 sq. ft. addition to the existing <br />house. The proposed acklition wevld meet all setback requirements. <br />Although the proposed addition would meet all setback requirements, the addition <br />appears quite large for this lot. The addition proposed along the east end of the <br />house practically extends into the private easement providing access from Parcels <br />4000 and 4400 to Coimty Road *51.
