After final approval a subdivision may be filed or recorded* <br />- year following preliminary approval and <br />Zw*^ years following final approval, unless the subdivider and <br />^ agree otherwise, no amendment to a comprehensive plan or <br />Se'n'X; <br />or permitted by the approved application.
