The property <br />has been assessed a total of one sewer unit and a sewer stub has been <br />provided. Review Exhibit H, the proposal is consistent with recently <br />approved building sites in the immediate Summit Park neighborhood. The <br />applicant does not plan to develop this site, and therefore no building <br />plans or site plan have been submitted with the application.
