This application was reviewed as Zoning File 41082. <br />2. The property is located in the RR-IB Single Family Rural <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />3. On October 20, 1966, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed <br />the application as proposed and recommended approval, finding <br />that: <br />A The applicant's property suffers flooding on tn <br />occasional basis.
