The owner of Lot S <br />agreed to allow the road to be shifted slightly north along the east end of <br />the road outlot providing the additional dry buildabla for tha lots balow. <br />Review Exhibit B, Cook asks that the drainage ditch between Lots 2 and <br />3 be wide enough to control the stormwater discharge valosity at 5' per <br />second. The drainage ditch should be at least 6 to 10' wide the whole <br />length of the drainageway. The developer has the option of either placing <br />rip rap or a storsi aewer line in place of the swale/ditch. Once again the <br />engineer asks the road plans to show the proposed grading changes adjacent <br />to the Stubbs Bay intersection. The final plan should show the bituminous <br />spill-ways from the street to the ditch on Stubbs Bay Road.
