Hardcover in the 75-250 ’ zone already <br />exceeds the 25% limitation. Additionally, applicant is <br />requesting a street/yard fence height variance to allow a <br />fence with pillar height of 5.5'. <br />2.This property has been the subject of numerous variance <br />applications through the years. A brief chronology follows: <br />August 1972 - Property owner Maurice McCaffrey granted <br />conditional approval to split 1065 West Ferndale Road <br />into two lots. Although the property was zoned for 1% <br />acres. Council granted conceptual approval to create <br />this new 0.75 acre lot.
