The parking area sceas to be limited on the property. <br />The parking at the rear of the building it acre reatrlcted than shown on the <br />sketch plan. In addition there is no area to turn around at either the front <br />or rear of the building. This site operated aatiifactorily as a bait shop and <br />therefore the parking aay not be a problem. <br />Ve would recommend that the parking in the rear be rotated as shown and a <br />backup area added.
