Approval based on the following findings: <br />a) Required fencing shall place the pool structure in a <br />safe condition while it remains without a principal <br />residence to control pool area. <br />b) The property well exceeds the required 1 acre in area <br />and width standards and can legally sustain a principal <br />residence without the need for further variances. Approval <br />■ay be based on one or more of the following conditions: <br />i. Applicants are hereby advised that building permit <br />for a principal residence must be applied for prior to <br />the deadline date of formal variance approva'.. If <br />application for building permit has not been realized <br />by deadline date, the pool structure must be removed <br />within 30 days of the expiration date of the variance <br />resolution. If applicants must file for a renewal <br />variance to keep the pool, this application must be <br />filed 30 days before the expiration date of the <br />original resolution. <br />ii. Prior to Council formally granting or adopting a <br />resolution of approval of the variance, applicant must <br />file for the legal combination of the 5 separate <br />parcels. <br />iii. Provide permanent fencing around pool area. <br />iv. Applicants may not construct a residential dock on <br />the property as the property does not contain a <br />principal residence. A dock is considered an accessory <br />structure. <br />V. Upon application for a building permit, the survey <br />must be revised to show principal structures on <br />property to the immediate north and south to determine <br />average lakeshore setback line. The new residence must <br />meet the b««tback of average lakeshore building line. <br />vi. Special directives for use of pump house?
