The <br />after-the-fact/violation portion of the property involves the <br />construction of the lakeshore deck without the benefit of <br />building permits or zoning approval. <br />Upon a site inspection, please note several areas with <br />landscaping and plastic underliner and the dimensions of deck in <br />relation to what is shown on the survey/site plan and what <br />actually exists on the property. <br />Staff has asked for an amended survey and amended hardcover <br />facts for the January meeting. <br />Please advise staff if Planning Commission members seek <br />additional information in the continued review of this <br />application.
