The proposed repair procedure is acccptabls but a few items need <br />to be clarified. <br />The proposed planking should extend to or below the existing water lines which <br />would be approximately 6 feet rather than the 4 feet Indicated. The Joists on <br />the planking should be staggered. The disposal of excess material should be <br />reviewed with the city. <br />The proposed constcuctlen could add 10 years could add 10 years of life to the <br />sea wall.
