Review Exhibit 0 for more background cn that review <br />and the general directives provided to the applicant. <br />The formal subdivision application has been designed to <br />provide 17 residential lots served with either direct access off <br />the private road, shared driveway outlets or private driveways <br />within undevelop^ future road outlet. The private road curb cut <br />at Watertown Road is aligned with the southern curb cut for <br />Cygnet Place. All structures on the formsr Panuska homestead <br />will be removed. There wi'll be no need to address detachea <br />accessory structures remaining without principal structures. The <br />City has received no comments from the adjacent neighbors <br />notified for this review. Staff has no knowledge of any special <br />concerns of adjacent neighbors as a result of the impact of the <br />propos6d developni6nt: of the subject property* The applicant has <br />been in contact with a member of the public who was present at <br />the sketch plan review and it is my understanding that other <br />adjacent property owners have been contacted by the applicant. <br />Staff encourages Planning Commission members to take advantage of <br />the opportunity to have the applicant take you on a tour of the <br />property. <br />.1 <br />■'? <br />V- .V.
