The aejoritj of our concerns mere disenseed et our previous <br />Meting with the developer. The storm sever drainage boundariee thould be <br />Identified and storm sewer computions provided. The street through the <br />wetland area should be raised about 1 foot to allow for additional long term <br />settlement. The developer should provide a detailed soils report from a soil <br />engineer on the roadvaye design through the wetland. Outlot D should be <br />constructed as a full street eectlon to the edge of the wetland. The drlvpway <br />Outlot S should be constructed as outlined in the above requested soils <br />report for the street. The construction plans should be submitted to the Corn <br />of Engineers. DHS and Minnehaha Creek Watershed for review. Siltation ponds <br />Should be provided in the Southwest comer of Lot 5 Block 1 and the Southeast <br />comer of Lot 1 Block 2. The street drainage should be directed to the east <br />at Watertown Road to the proposed siltation basin. Ponding provisions should <br />be made to mitigate the fill being placed below the 970 elevation in the <br />wetland. Drainage and conservation easements should be provided on the final <br />plat.
