The applicant has addressed Staff’s concern about the <br />porch roof massing with the revised plan. The total increase in the roof height from the existing porch to <br />the new shed roof, at its tallest point, is 8.5 feet, an improvement of 5.5 feet. The overall hardcover of the <br />project will still be conforming at 25% including the deck, porch stair, and patio changes. <br /> <br />Staff prepared a resolution for approval of the project as directed with the inclusion of the above-noted <br />plan changes/corrections. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Approve Resolution 7417 as drafted. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
