3. ‘Grandfathered’ deck is not being followed <br />We believe the new deck is ‘not in the spirit’ of grandfathering because it is: <br />a. Significantly elevated and more visible. The previous deck was mostly hidden by bushes. <br />b. More stairs - three vs eight, and a landing pad not previously there. <br />c.
