The purpose of this action item is formal council approval of Change Order 2 to the Public <br />Works Construction contract. <br />2.Background. On October 10th, 2022 Council awarded the contract to build the new Public Works <br />facility. Construction is under way. To date there have been a several necessary changes to the project <br />which involve increased costs. Change order #1 was reviewed and approved on July 24, 2023. <br />3.Change Summary.
