You said <br />that Orono considered your lot to be substandard sized and you <br />would want more land to protect yourself in the event that I sub­ <br />divided my property. <br />AS you will recall, I told you that you did not need to buy from <br />me yet since I did not intend to develop cne land for a few <br />years. <br />Now, things have changed. You have your property for bale, and I <br />am closer to developing. Accordingly, this is an appropriate Lime <br />to pursue a sale of a portion of my land to you. I am writing to <br />offer to sell land to you, or to your buyer, at a reasonaole <br />price. <br />I spoke to Mike Gaffron at the Orono City Office and he con­ <br />firmed that Orono may want your home on a larger piece of land. <br />He said that when I subdivided, Orono might require some accomo­ <br />dation that would put your home on a larger lot.
