Motion, Ayes C3) - Hays (0).Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to call for a public hearing on June 25, 1974 to consider those areas in which the soning has changed since the public hearings %iere held for the initial rezoning package. Jiotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0).Searles ooved, Butler seconded, to accept Mr. Van Nest's report dated Nay 28, 1974, which was related to the current status of the Orono Coiq>rehensive Land Use Plan, tlotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />The Mayor and City Council instructed the <br />Administrator to contact City Engineer to <br />make a reconanendation to the Council what <br />feels would be the best ring route way <br />to go from County Road #19 up to Highway <br />#12. In this reconoendation, is to be <br />included thn cost of the project, the <br />topographical characteristics of the land, <br />best route, and all the other engineering <br />and cost factors Involved with a project of this type. <br />Paurus moved, Searles seconded, to aporove <br />the variance for lUchael Hlrsch, 3548'Zvy <br />Place, but to include the two conditions <br />as stated in Dexter Marston's mem«-> are to <br />be applied, as the hardship in this particular <br />case is the lot dimension and the trees that <br />are involved, iiotion. Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />®'^kler sioved, Searles seconded, to approve <br />the variance for Michael Pirich, 2224 Shadywood <br />Road, with the understanding that no side yard <br />variance be allowed and that the house must be <br />consistent with the 75' setback requirement of <br />the ordinance.
