WarrantY of Subdivider. The Subdivider hereby <br />warrants and represents to the City as inducement to the City's <br />entering into this agreement, that Subdivider's interest in the <br />Subdivision is as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto. <br />B> Covenants Concerning Titla. Subdivider hereby <br />warrants that the title to the property in the Subdivision <br />presently and/or as of the time of the filing of the final plat for <br />the Subdivision is as set forth in Exhibit C. <br />2* InprOYCnenta. in accordance with the policies and <br />ordinances of the City, the following described public or private <br />improvements (hereinafter collectively called the "Improvements") <br />shall be constructed and installed on the terms and conditions <br />hereinafter contained: <br />A. Improvements to be installed by Subdivider at <br />Subdivider's expense shall hereinafter be referred to as "Plan A <br />Improvements". <br />B.
