Platteter <br />809 Brown Road North <br />Orono, Minnesota <br />Oecu: Hr. and Mrs. Platteter: <br />This letter will confirm our agreement concerning (i) <br />additional trees along the common boundary line between your <br />homestead and our subdivision, Meyers Hoods, (ii) a new fence <br />along otm: common boundary, and (iil) underground utility lines <br />from Meyers Woods to your home. » <br />1. We agree to plant ayte evergreen trees near the <br />common boundary between our land and your land. Some of the <br />trees may be on our land and some of the trees may be on your <br />land. The trees will not extend the full length of our common <br />boundary, but they will be installed as staked in the field by <br />you and us by April 30, 1989. However, we need not plant any <br />tree in a location that would disturb an existing tree that is 2" <br />or more in dieuneter at chest height. The trees will be relocated <br />from within Meyers Woods and will be of various heights. Each ' <br />tree will be at least six feet tall. <br />2. We will relocate the trees <br />will water them for one year, using <br />land will belong to us and the trees <br />you.
