Applicant has fulfilled all of the <br />directives of the Resolution# however the plat and associated <br />documents cannot be filed until the City officially orders sewer <br />and water to the property. It is staff's intention to schedule <br />the plat for final action before the Counc.* 1 at the July 12# 1989 <br />meeting. The plat will not be prepared for filing until sewer <br />has been ordered. It is also staff's understanding that a public <br />improvement project for sewer and water within the Highway 12 <br />area will be ordered upon receipt of a petition signed by <br />approximately 5 benefitting property owners along Highway 12. <br />The necessary specs and plans have been formulated by the <br />Engineering Staff and staff has oeen advised that the <br />improvements will be ordered as soon as the City is in receipt of <br />the petition waiving appeal of assessment. <br />Although some members of the Planning Commission were not <br />concerned with the private agreements involving the two adjacent <br />property owners# staff has included the agreements in your <br />packets for final review.
