Concrete curb and gutter should be provided around the <br />parking and driveway areas. <br />2. A plan showing a typical section for parking area and <br />driveway should be provided. <br />Access - Traffic Plow <br />Access to the site will be the existing access which will <br />not change. <br />Traffic flow will remain the same, enter at the north and <br />exit at the south. Signage should be provided. <br />Plans show that there will be no additional trees added to <br />the site and that sodding of all green areas will take place. <br />Drainage - <br />Drainage plans have been provided showing the grading <br />changes. Per the City Engineer's review, applicant must provide <br />plans showing existing storm sewer lines and must provide <br />drainage calculations to be reviewed by Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br />District and the City Engineer (see Exhibit K). <br />Building Utilities - <br />Applicant must revise plans to show the existing water lines <br />and sewer lines and show any proposed changes to these lines. <br />Building Plans - <br />Applicant has provided elevations and floor plans (see <br />Exhibits H & I). The exterior building materials used will match <br />the existing buildings that are to be attached. <br />Signage - <br />No new signage has been proposed. <br />Building Code Plan Review - <br />Per the special fire suppression systems code requirements, <br />the structure will be required to have a sprinkler system. Due <br />to the cost of sprinkling the addition and the two existing <br />schools, an agreement with the school district has been made that <br />will provide fire protection systems in the entire building <br />within 3 years (see Exhibit L).
