However, the buildability of the lot would be significantly <br />enhanced by adding a fairly small portion of adjacent land near <br />the proposed building envelope. <br />The Planning Commission may wish to consider the following <br />options X <br />1. Recommend approval of the defined 170' lot width <br />variance, with the condition that any proposed residence <br />must meet the required lot line and septic envelope <br />setbacks. <br />2. Recommend approval subject to a lot line rearrangement <br />which opens up the building envelope, such as shown in <br />Exhibit B, and again require that all setbacks be met. <br />3.
