The applicants have provided additional <br />information as follows: <br />1. Both the applicant's attorney and the Wayzata Country Club <br />attorney have provided substantial information, including existing <br />easements, which verify that this property can legally access North <br />Ferndale Road. <br />2. The Country Club has provided a letter of verification that they <br />are a party to the application. <br />^ \-[i y <br />If <br />3. The applicants have provide a revised conceptual grading plan and <br />revised conceptual house foot print.
