The following represented the City staff: <br />Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth, Assistant Planning & <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron, Planning Consultant John Shard low <br />and City Recorder Scheffler. LADER <br />200 WAYZATA BOULEVARD <br />CLASS II PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />PUBLIC HEARING 8:15 P.M-8:19 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailine were duly noted. ^ <br />The applicant was not present for this matter- <br />Planning Commission member Johnson stated that he would like <br />to vote on this matter. Chairman Kelley disagreed and stated <br />that there would be some debate involved with this matter. <br />Bellows suggested hearing the public comments. Kelley disagreed <br />and stated ^hat the applicant should be present. One person from <br />the public indicated that he would be willing to come back at anv <br />time to participate in the discussion of this matter. Another <br />gentleman indicated that he would be out of town for the October <br />3rd Planning Commission meeting, but he could attend the October <br />17th meeting. Another concerned party inquired as to how many <br />meetings the applicant could miss.
