ORDINANCK NUMBER 9, SECOND SERIESAN ORDINANCE AMENDING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS TO THE NON-ENCROACHMENT AND ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SECTIONS OF THE ORONO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of Orono Ordciins As Follows: <br />SECTION 1. Cnapter 13 of the Municipal Code of Orono is <br />hereby aiitended by amending Sections 13.33 Subdivision 15(C), (D), <br />(E), (F) and 13.22 Subdivision 1 to read as follows: <br />SECTION 10.31 <br />Subdivision 15 Non-Encroachments <br />C.
