Top rail height: ground level to highest point of top rail, <br />measured vertically. <br />5. Rail; horizontal member, maximum vertical width/diameter ■ 6 <br />Inches. <br />Refer to Orono Manual of Design Standards and Specifications for a diagram <br />of fence types which meet these criteria. <br />SECTION 2. Adoption and Publication.
