B) The principal and accessory structures must ultimately remain on a lot that meets the lot area standards required for the size accessory structure approved. C) In subdivision approval# the setbacks as required for the oversize accessory structure as defined herein must be maintained. 7. Non-roofed accessory structures such as tennis courts# private swimming pcols# and paddocks which exceed 1#000 square feet in area and are substantially v'nclosed by fences or walls# shall be sub*)ect to a Conditional Use Permit when located in a required yard area. SBCTIOH 2. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono is further amended by revising Section 10.03# Subdivision 9 (B# C) as follows: B. Height Restrictions. No accessory building in the any "R" District shall exceed the height of the principal building except barns-er—stables whieh-shai 1-be-sab^eet-te-the-approvai-ef-the-eoaneii as may be allowed by a Conditional Use Permit as regulated elsewhere in the Municipal Zoning Code. C. Area Restrictions. In all "R" districts no accessory building shall exceed 1#000 square feet of floor area except barnsT-stablea-er-gpeenhoases as may be allowed by a Conditional Use Permit as regulated elsewhere in the Municipal Zoning Code SECTION 3. Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption# and a short summary shall be published in the Laker and Pioneer newspapers.
