The eleven remaining buildings were either renovated, <br />secured or converted to storage use prior to Camp opening in July, 1988. <br />Objective <br />This document sets forth the planned renovation of existing buildings and <br />facilities as well as the construction of new buildings and facilities. The <br />strategy throughout our planning activities has been to integrate tne follow' <br />ing characteristics: <br />1. Project Approach <br />Each of the projects set forth in the plan is of a defined scope and <br />will be initiated separately. While multiple projects may be under <br />way at a given point in time and may support or rely on each other, <br />the focus on approved projects will ensure their timely completion. <br />Incremental Funding <br />As funding is made available to initiate a given project, application <br />for its initiation will be made to Orono. This attrioute also allows <br />us to focus on current project completion before initiating other un­ <br />funded projects. <br />3.
