City staff to work with environmental field services <br />of the Minnesota Department of Health to ensure latrine in <br />southeast area is furnished with adequate facilities for 30 <br />campsite user level. <br />iv. Submit a copy of the current liability/coverage for the <br />Big Island Veterans' Camp operation including any special <br />coverage for the overnight camping. <br />B. Applicant to provide an updated site plan showing all new <br />Improvements and existing improvements, i.e. fire station, <br />latrine areas, signage, lighting, fencing. This plan must be <br />submitted prior to the Council's approval of the conditional use <br />permit. <br />C. If applicant proposes additional construction of picnic <br />shelters or latrlnea for the 1989 season, this should be included <br />with the current conditional use permit application. Applicant to submit an updated <br />dock plan if boat density is to be increased in 1989 season. <br />E. Applicant is hereby advised that if at a future time a <br />conditional use permit is applied for to permit the construction <br />of seasonal cabins (handicapped accessible) and if these cabins <br />are to include_bathrooms and kitchen areas, that the City wi.l 1 <br />require septic test information for the installation of a joint <br />collector system. Such collector system will require a permit <br />review by the PCA.
