The City Council required that the <br />parcel be split off and become a separate tax parcel. This was approved at <br />a regular meeting of the City Council on February 12, 1973, but apparently <br />was never filed by the applicants. The purpose of this current application <br />is to reapprove that subdivision so that it can be filed. <br />Pertinent Faets *■ <br />1.The parcel to be split is approximately 7.4 acres. The dry buildable <br />parcel including the FWBI buildings is approximately 5.1 acres in <br />area. The remaining parcel is approximately 2.3 acres in area, and is <br />99% designated wetland. This wetland parcel is Intended to be <br />attached to the E.W.
