Please review Exhibits BSD# the amended addition now
expands from the southwest and west side of the structure. The former mud
room location has been expanded to the three season porch with a 6'
addition along the west side for the living room expansion. There is no
longer a need for a separation setback variance. The 6' addition to the
west side of structure will require a front/street setback variance. The
addition will encroach no further into the substandard street setback of
31'36''.
Applicant should also be advised that the variance approval covers
only a first floor expansion. If a second floor expansion is to be
considered in the future# it will require separate variance approval.
