The applicant seeks the <br />vacation of the unused portions of the 73' of f^^ht-of-way for Spring Hi 1^ <br />Road that abutts their property on the west side. Staff has the <br />roadway area and asks that the drainageway be retained the edge of <br />the existing road bed. Review Exhibits G i H, Cook recommends that the <br />dJalnageway L maintained for at least 10' along the northern portions, and <br />as the drainageway moves slightly eastward, <br />to the total 40' at the south edge.
