If you are interested, a
complete text of the ordinance is also available for a nominal charge
of $3 . 00 to defer printinq and mailing costs .
Your property is identified in the ordinance by the Record Lot Number
shown above and on the attached blue page . This identification is part
of a special section that inventories lot by lot the ownership ptte.r_ ns
- and existing uses of island property. Your properties are divided
into two Record Lots by a school district boundary. Since each part
is well over ten acres, both parts are classified as fully conforming
to the new zoning ordinance .
In order to be sure our records are accurate and complete , please
review and complete the following at your convenience :
1 . A blue form ( #1) is enclosed for each Record Lot. Please verify
that the tax parcel no ' s are correct. You do not need to do any-
thing with these forms unless there is an error in the information
we show.
2 . A green form (#3 ) is enclosed for Record Lot #4 . I believe that
youl have already contacted Hennepin County to combine these three
tax parcels into one , but we have not received the change as yet.
Please consider signing the returning this form to the City to allow
the tax records to be changed into one parcel consistent with the
zoning. IE this does duplicate an existing application, it will not
hurt to do it again just to be sure .
