V <br />\ cxnf ^ I <br />^ It qrong J <br />city of OROiNO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2249__________ <br />ff -I o <br />7T X ^ <br />. ^ <br />W.. <br />i <br />.V *- * -*. <br />A RBSOLOTIOH APPROVXNG A <br />MBTBS AHD BOOHDS CLASS I SUBDIVISION <br />OF A LOT LINE RBARRAN6BMEHT FOR <br />THE ORONO COMMUNITY CHURCH <br />- FILE NO. 1179 r'^ S <br />» <br />lOi^ -• \ - <br />WHEREAS* the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS* the City Council of the City of Orono has adopts! <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly* economic and safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS* the City Council has considered the application for a <br />subdivision by the Orono Community Church, (hereinafter " the subdivider") <br />of property legally described on the certificate of survey by Mark S. <br />Gronberg dated 7/1/87 and attached to this resolution as Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br />metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination purposes. <br />NOW* THEREFORE* BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot line <br />rearrangement for the Orono Community Church as shown on the Certificate of <br />Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated 7/1/87, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Applicant shall deed to the City drainage and utility easements 5 <br />feet on each side of the newly proposed lot line. <br />2. The drainage and utility easement along the north side of Parcel B <br />will not be vacated until combined Parcels B & C are subdivided at <br />some future date. <br />3. Parcels B & C as referenced on the attached survey shall be <br />legally combined for tax purposes at the Orono City offices prior to <br />the filing of this subdivision with Hennepin County Recorder's Office <br />or the Registrar of Titles Office. <br />4. This resolution, the attached Certificate of Survey and the above <br />referenced documents shall be filed with the Hennepin County <br />Recorder's Office or the Registrar of Titles Office on or before <br />February 24, 1988. <br />Page 1 of 2
