Municipal sewer and water lines are contained within Crystal Bay
Road. It is likely that there is a gas line in th.at road, although electric, phone
and cable lines appear to run overhead.
Further, a municipal sewer line extends southeastward from Crystal Bay Road to
Navarre Lane within the parcel proposed for vacation. This sewer line runs
approximately down the center of Hillside Place.
’" -/
- - H'Li . - f • V
