November 15, 1993 <br />Mr. Mike Gaffron <br />Assistant Planning and Zoning Administrator <br />City of Orono, P.O.Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, Minnesota 55323 <br />SUBJECT:01876 VACATION OF HILLSIDE PLACE <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron: <br />Please withdraw our request for the vacation of "Hillside Place" <br />and remove it from the planning commission agenda. <br />Despite the state statute denying the DNR the right of <br />intervention. . .they intervene anyway. . .with intimidation, <br />bullying tactics and the threat of lawsuits if their viewpoint <br />is not adhered to.
