Applicant proposes a 12’x22 ’ garage stall addition to the <br />existing attached garage located to the lakeside of the residence. At the August meeting, the <br />application was tabled. Applicant was advised to obtain a new survey and hardcover inventory <br />covering all current improvements on the property. Review Exhibit E, in the original survey, <br />the houK was located completely out of tte 0-75’ setback area. The only variances sought <br />were an average lakeshore setback arxl hardcover variances within the 75-250’ setback area. <br />Review Exhibit G, the new survey shows that major portions of the existing <br />improvements on the property arc located within the 0-75’ setback area. The proposed garage <br />is now located almost completely within the 0-75’ setback. 'The applicant seeks the following <br />vanances based on the amended survey/application: <br />Section 10.22, Subdivision 1 (B) <br />A. Garage addition to be installed at the lakeside of the existing residence <br />will be located in front of the average lakeshore setback line as the entire <br />residence is located in front of the average lakeshore setback. <br />Lakeshore setback variance <br />Required = 75’ <br />Existing = 57’ <br />Proposed = 65’ <br />Variance for new structure 10’ or 13.3% <br />....................................jm
