She felt it was better to install quick growing <br />vegetation on the newly installed slopes to prevent further <br />erosion. <br />Jabbour stated that Butler’s concern was preventative measures to <br />ensure the other trees wouldn’t die. <br />Nelson noted that the trees provide privacy for the pool area and <br />he Is very concerned about maintaining the existing vegetation. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten, to adopt <br />#3137 for Application #1739 for Albin Nelson, 500 Oxford Road, <br />approving a conditional use permit to allow filling in excess of <br />100 cubic yards.
