Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the request of Thorpe Bros, for a 30' set­ <br />back variance, be approved for other houses <br />in tile Webber Hills Additionj also, with <br />no further variance fee upon written <br />application. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />, Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />)we grant a vacation of the right of way <br />between Crystal Bay Road and the railroad <br />tracks with a utility easement to be <br />retained and the sewer assessment be <br />levied against the property. It is <br />understood that the vacation is not to <br />include any property between Lake Minne­ <br />tonka and M Crystal Bay Road. Motion, <br />Ayes (S) - Nays (0). <br />Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the request of Henry Anderson, 33S0 North <br />Shore Drive, for a marina license, be <br />approved for 1969 and tell them we will <br />not issue a license for 1970 unless they <br />comply with the side setback regulations <br />of ten feet. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that Orono <br />pay an additional $1,250 to Long Lake on <br />the Fire Contract for 1969--total $3,750, <br />and also, that we send Long Lake the full <br />cost of the proposed 1970 Police Budget, <br />including P.E.R.A., etc. and that we inform <br />*'• chem we feel that two times . the rate for <br />*the sewer and water contract is adequate <br />and this is all we will pay.
