Shed and Deck Addition <br />Dear Al: <br />As we have discussed, veur neiehbor had a survey done of their property and discovered your <br />fence was placed on their side of the line. We also discussed a storage shed that was placed on <br />your property and a deck that was added onto, both ot which are in violation of seiback <br />ordinances. <br />This letter is to require you to remove the fence before July 27 1993 “"-I “ <br />application to keep the deck addition and shed or remove them by August 5, 1993. If these <br />declines ate not met, the City may initiate legal action.
